Tim Stout

Tim has been with Clear Mountain Bank since 2015 and has more than 36 years of experience in banking in the areas of audit, retail/mortgage lending, commercial lending, and serving as a regional president. He is a graduate of Fairmont State University with a degree in business management. Tim is active with the Harrison County Economic Development Authority, Harrison County Chamber of Commerce, a volunteer for Sleep in Heavenly Peace, member of Bridgeport Methodist Church and member of Bridgeport Country Club. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for United Health Foundation, Harrison County Economic Development Corporation and Clear Mountain Bank’s Harrison County Advisory Board of Directors.Professionally, Tim is also a graduate of East Carolina University commercial lending school, WVBA School of Banking and Charleston National Bank compliance and lending school.
