Clear Mountain Bank officials have announced that Timothy Broyles has been named Chief Experience Officer.
In this new position, Broyles will lead the bank’s customer experience strategy and execution with a focus on providing the best customer experiences across all banking channels and lines of business.
“Tim has been a valued member of our team since he began his career with Clear Mountain Bank in 2003. This is a new position for the bank, and we are excited to have appointed someone as knowledgeable and innovative as Tim to lead this initiative. Providing consistent and exceptional customer experiences will be critical as our bank continues to grow,” states Clear Mountain Bank president and CEO, David M. Thomas.
“As the bank develops its strategic plan for 2024 and beyond, one of our key areas of focus will be customer experience (CX). Clear Mountain Bank has long provided outstanding service to our customers. As banking continues to evolve, our customers interact with our bank in many different ways across many different channels. The experiences we provide to our customers at our branches, on the phone, at our video tellers, on our website, and on our mobile banking applications, must also continue to evolve,” adds Thomas.
