Bruceton Mills, WV (April 21, 2025)—The Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA) recently announced that David M. Thomas, president and CEO of Clear Mountain Bank, was elected to represent West Virginia on ICBA’s Federal Delegate board. In addition, Thomas will serve on the Safety & Soundness committee. As the nation’s voice for community banks, ICBA’s sole focus is ensuring community banks and the customers they serve continue to flourish.
