Tim-Stout-Headshot-1.jpgBruceton Mills, WV, July 1, 2024 – Clear Mountain Bank officials have announced that Tim Stout has been named to the bank’s Community Advisory Board.   

Stout has been with Clear Mountain Bank since 2015 and has more than 30 years of banking experience.  He most recently served as Clear Mountain’s Vice President of Regional Development, and his appointment to the Community Advisory Board is part of a new role in which he will work to foster customer relationships while providing support and guidance to bank team members in the central and north-central West Virginia markets.

Thomas, president and CEO of Clear Mountain Bank.  “He has developed countless relationships and has contributed to the success of many local businesses and customers over the years.  Tim has a deep understanding of the local area and is committed to the long-term success of our bank and the communities we serve, and we are thrilled to add him to our Community Advisory Board.”

Stout joins a well-known group of leaders currently serving on the Community Advisory Board that includes James Denny, Susan Deniker, Reverend Dr. Ken Ramsey, Dustin B. Vincent, Dr. Jaclyn Rominger, DDS, Terry Reed, Dr. Frank Grindo, and Dr. Christopher Goode.  The Community Advisory Board was formed in 2019 to provide guidance and advice to Clear Mountain Bank as it continues to expand its footprint in the central and north-central regions of the state.    

Stout is a graduate of Fairmont State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management.  He is also a graduate of the West Virginia School of Banking, the East Carolina Commercial Lending School, and the Charleston National Bank School of Compliance and Lending.  Stout currently serves on the board of directors for WVU Medicine United Health Foundation, Harrison County Economic Development Corporation and the Bridgeport Rotary.  He is active with several community organizations, including Sleep In Heavenly Peace Harrison Chapter, Harrison County Chamber of Commerce, and Bridgeport Country Club.  Stout is a native of Flatwoods and has resided in Bridgeport since 1993.
