Forbes names Clear Mountain Bank as Best-In-State Bank

Bruceton Mills, WV, June 26, 2024 – Clear Mountain Bank has been named as one of America’s best banks by Forbes, which has released its 2024 Best-In-State Banks list.  Clear Mountain was selected for the award based on customer feedback and is one of only 185 banks to be recognized, representing just four percent of all United States banks. 

According to Forbes, the Best-In-State ranking is intended to show which institutions are most valued by residents of each state and to highlight the banks that stood out for fulfilling the unique needs and expectations of their local communities.  Banks were scored based on an independent survey of approximately 26,000 U.S. residents.  Respondents were asked to rate their bank based on various evaluation criteria.  Forbes also used an analysis of publicly available online text reviews and ratings to arrive at a combined score for each bank.
